Our room was modern and brand-new, offered with a bath instead of a shower and selected bedrooms plus tissues. We liked a lovely and beautiful location close enough to all the Exmoor walks and an Exmoor valley.  

The breakfast is satisfactory with excellent food and the location is stunning. The staff are excellent, managed the parking on-site.

Brand-new room, comfy bed. Sensational breakfast, a good choice of food and beverages. Excellent location close to the centre of beautiful Exmoor perfectly situated to all the Exmoor walks, sites and attactions.  

Liked my perfectly pleasant stay on other nights. The hotel was so close to Devon coast, Exmoor forest, and the centre of beautiful Exmoor thanks to its exceptionally nice location. Also, it was 15 minutes walk from a 19th century English mine. The staff were

Beautiful room, comfy bed, spotless bathroom. Quaint dining and bar. Excellent fish specials. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-equipped room with nice extras. Tasty and varied food. Welcoming hosts.

All the staff were helpful, friendly professional. Liked the beautifully decorated and new-fashioned room, and the marvellous view over the valley. The beds and pillow were comfortable.

Very tired room also Wi-Fi was bad.

The location is lovely and stunning, in the middle of the city. Furthermore, it's near to lots of beautiful coastline, the pub and selected bedrooms, and the restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed my double room with a shower, selected bedrooms and tea. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with excellant food. The hotel's location was beautiful and amazing, near to Exmoor, the garden and Simonsbath. The service 

The room was airy and neat, complete with a comfy bed, a great view, tissues. The setting of hotel was peaceful, right in the forest. The provided service was exceptional. The hard-working and well-trained staff gave us a nice welcome.  

The room was a nice size with comfortable bed and the staff was friendly efficient. Had breakfast in the bar. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, to there areas, the garden was nice.
